Aguila Point is located in the private Bay of Cofresi, on the Northern Coast of the island, close to Puerto Plata,

Aguila Point Estates will be managed under an Ownership Vacation ship rental program , where the Units will be rented on a weekly or monthly base to third parties with the Owner giving his authorization to do so. The units will then be rented and the net proceeds after cost of cleaning and operational cost will be split equally 75:25 between Owners and Operation Company. The daily rates will be discussed with the Owner variable during different times and will be placed on the daily website of the project. The reservation will be done only to high-end costumers to ensure quality and standards. Aguila Point will be managed as an Ownership Association with a voluntary Board elected on a yearly base. Each Owner will have an individual title of his unit. The cost of maintenance and personal unit cost will be reported through individual meters (water and power) but will be addressed before signing the contract and be adjusted on a monthly base. As the project has outstanding new technology for power and water consumption, the running cost is to be estimated extremely low. Current estimated maintenance cost is expected to be around 200 US per month per unit.
